M&T Bank Supports Community Action Agency

Upper Chichester – Edward T. Coleman, Chief Executive Officer, announced that the Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. (CAADC) recently received a $7,500 donation from M&T Bank.  This donation will support CAADC’s financial literacy initiatives including providing economically disadvantaged families with money management training and free tax assistance.   Last year CAADC helped nearly 1,000 households with free tax assistance thanks to the support of M&T Bank.  CAADC has an overall mission to help families reach self-sufficiency and this grant will help needy families from Delaware County to reach that goal.  Mr. Coleman stated, “We really appreciate the support from M&T Bank that supports CAADC year to year.  It shows how much they care about our community and its low-income families.”
