Upper Chichester – Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. (CAADC) was recently funded for a new Veteran Employment Program.  The goal of the program is to assist unemployed and under-employed Veterans with securing employment with career pathway opportunities.  Elements of the program include skills assessments, job readiness instruction, resume building, development of an individualized employment plan, opportunities for additional free training, connection to employers who want to hire Veterans, etc.  The program can last up to 24 weeks or until the Veteran secures employment.
