Current Open Positions
Housing Locator
This position is responsible for working collaboratively with Coordinated Entry, Shelter and Rapid Rehousing staff to identify housing opportunities for homeless families and single adults. This position is required to actively seek out, obtain and maintain relationships with landlords, private and non-profit. The Housing Locator provides training to staff and clients on housing opportunities and tenant/landlord roles and responsibilities. This position works collaboratively with all aspects of homeless programs, local Continuum of Care representatives, Department of Human Services, and Office of Housing and Community Development. Case Manager/Generalist
This position will be responsible to provide case management services to economically disadvantaged individuals and families through our emergency housing, permanent housing, and workforce development programs. Click here for the full position description.
Employment Consultant
This position is responsible to provide job readiness/job development/job retention services to unemployed or underemployed individuals enrolled in the Work Ready Program. This position is also responsible to provide training and education to individuals and employers in an effort to create a workplace conducive to individuals entering into community service/paid work experience and/or the workforce. Veteran Peer Specialist
This position will provide direct street homeless outreach, engagement, location, identification, and screening of homeless Veteran households who may be eligible for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. This position is also responsible to provide Veteran to Veteran peer support based on assessed need, housing stability plans, and/or Veteran requests to access and navigate Veteran resources in the community. Maintenance Mechanic
This position involves general maintenance and making of repairs at facilities and housing units owned by the Agency/Affiliate Corporations and Partnerships. Click here for the full position description.
