Upper Chichester, PA —– Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. (CAADC) is operating free Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites for a 16th year. CAADC will be serving low- and moderate-income families in Delaware County. All services will be done by IRS trained and certified community volunteers and will aim to serve families who qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit and the Child Tax Credit. CAADC will be providing assistance starting in late January until mid-April. Assistance is being provided by appointment only! Times and days vary by location.
