Upper Chichester – Edward T. Coleman, Chief Executive Officer, announced that the Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. (CAADC) recently received a $10,000 grant from The W. W. Mr. Coleman stated, “As we help homeless families to go from shelter to their own housing, this assistance is making sure they can do it in a safe and healthy environment. We really appreciate the assistance from The W. W. Smith Charitable Trust for families in Delaware County.”
